• Collecting the required data from each section in the child center to write the general reports and share it with the line manager.
• Prepared the reports of all kinds (weekly, monthly, 4Ws, CMS, Ad hoc … etc)
• Commitment of sending reports on time.
• Processing and analyzing all data and converting them into graphs and images.
• Archiving the reports and data (soft & hard copies).
• Supporting the receptionist on registering the beneficiaries’ data on the center’s system.
• Responsible for the daily attendance sheets and leaves of the staff and report them to the center supervisor on monthly basis.
• Any other tasks related to the job.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business administrative or any relevant degrees.
Experience:
• Previous experience not less than 1 year in reporting field.
Competency:
• Good computer skills especially in MS office.
• Good command in English (verbal & written)
• High communicant skills (verbal & written).
• Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
• Full-time work.
• Strong commitment to the values and principles of RSRP.
• Respect for diversity and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
