- Plans, coordinates and supervises the daily operations of Community Center.
- Supervise and follow-up the implementation of the center programs and event on daily basis.
- Supervises and develops center staff.
- Trains and supervises the work of Center volunteers.
- Prepares and assists in administering assigned budget(s); prepares related records and reports.
- Monitors attendance and evaluates programs for effectiveness; implements changes as appropriate to improve the Center’s services and programs.
- Instructs groups and individuals in recreational activities as appropriate.
- Inspects grounds and facilities for security and safety and takes appropriate steps to ensure the safety of all staff and - Revising records and reports concerning Center activities and operations.
- Coordinates Center activities and functions with those of other divisions, departments and municipalities as appropriate.
- Conduct periodic meetings for the staff and evaluate the staff and volunteers and reported directly to the project manager.

- Bachelor degree in business administrative, education or any other relevant degrees.
- At least three-year experience working in administrative and supervision position.
- Good computer skills especially in MS office.
- Good command in English (verbal & written)
- High communicant skills (verbal & written).
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Patient and ability to listen effectively.
- Strong commitment to the values and principles of RSRP.
- Respect for diversity and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Full-time work
