Responsibilities
- Observe cases and assess the risks the child is exposed to.
- Implement all the required steps to manage the cases according to each child case.
- Coordinate with the CP team leader about the response plan for each case.
- Following-up the children’s cases through phone calls, following-up meeting, home visits.
- Prepare a map for all CP services in coordination with the receptionist in a way to make sure implementing cases referral effectively and update it regularly.
- Refer the beneficiaries to the different facilities to facilitate their access to services.
- Following-up the referral through direct communicating with beneficiaries or the service’s provider.
- Define the awareness sessions and parenting activities in coordination with the CP assistant according to the community needs.
- Conduct the awareness sessions and parenting activities according to the monthly plan and support the animators in implementing the children sessions.
- Regular meeting with the CP staff in the center to define the support plan for the children at risk.
- Updating and managing the cases database
- Strictly guarantee the confidentiality and privacy of the beneficiaries, including keeping their records.
- Participate in the suggested trainings and attending meeting when required.
- Any other task related to the position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or social science.
Experience:
- At least one-year experience working in Case management and dealing with children
- Previous experience working in child centers is an advantage
Competency:
- Good computer skills especially in MS office.
- Good command in English (verbal & written)
- High communication skills (verbal & written).
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Patient and ability to listen effectively.
- Strong commitment to the values and principles of RSRP.
- Respect for diversity and willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Full-time work.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Required 4 positions, one in each of the following areas ( Deir azzor city- Hatla - Almayadeen – Alashara)
- The case managers’ duty station is not necessary located inside the child center, where S/he must make regular visits to schools and make focus groups in the community to observe new cases.
- 20% of the work required to travel outside Deir-Ezzor wherever needed inside Syria; incase S/he has referred cases to specialized authority outside the governorate.

Due to the urgency of this position, the vacancy will be opened for 15 days.
