Responsibilities
- Reception the beneficiaries and introduce them to the center’s services.
- Explain the center’s services and the selection criteria.
- Register the beneficiaries and take the required information and documents.
- Registering the beneficiaries’ data on the center’s system
- Informing the beneficiaries for their registered services.
- Put a map for all the services in the area and update it regularly to help meet the needs of the beneficiaries.
- Prepare regular reports when required.
- Strictly guarantee the confidentiality and privacy of the beneficiaries, including keeping their records
- Participate in the suggested trainings and attending meeting when required.
- Any other task related to the position.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business administrative or any relevant degrees
Experience:
- At least one-year experience working in social working field or as secretariat.
Competency:
- Good computer skills especially in MS office.
- Good command in English (verbal & written)
- High communication skills with beneficiaries (verbal & written).
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Patient and ability to listen effectively.
- Strong commitment to the values and principles of RSRP.
- Respect for diversity and willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Full-time work.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Required 4 positions one in each of the following areas ( Deir azzor city- Hatla - Almayadeen – Alashara)

Due to the urgency of this position, the vacancy will be opened for 15 days.
