Responsibilities
-Analyze current humanitarian situation in North East Syria, trends and long term consequences;
-Development of FCA Humanitarian response in North East of the country in accordance with most urgent needs and FCA mandate and capacity;
-Coordination FCA projects in Humanitarian response in North East Syria;
-Attend relevant sector meetings for coordination and information
-Report to the FCA line manager, regional and HO staff as per this JD as well as to the donors as per grant agreements.
-Coordinate with the stakeholders (donors, INGOs, LNGOS, UN agencies, SARC, etc) that are involved in the similar response or same area.
-Seek advise and expertise from in-country and HO thematic


Qualifications
-Bachelor degree in social science
-A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
-Excellent computer skills, especially good management of Office Package, statistics software
-Basic M&E skills
-Profound understanding of the humanitarian situation in Syria, and planning of response;
-Existing network of stakeholders;
-Strong organizational and management skills, strong self-initiative and self-managing skills
-Experience in working with multiple donors, knowledge of EU, UN, US government.
