Responsibilities
Communications
-Ensures FCA communications (cell phone, landline and IT services): all staff has access to and tools for communications;
-Takes care of paying the bills
-Organize maintenance work when needed
-Bi-weekly visit to the post office to receive or send documents
Procurement and Finances
-Administrates the Petty cash and implements the security guidelines
-Arranges quotes for procurement by service providers
-Purchases assets, items etc. authorized by the Representative and Finance and Administration Manager
-Picks up and drops off guests to/from airport or land borders, if needed, and mainly during the office hours
Arrangement of Travel and Accommodation
-Arranges hotel or other accommodation for guests, as requested by the Representative
Event Services
-Prepares meeting room materials and food/snacks/drinks needed for events upon request from the Representative
Support Services
-Delivery and collection of documents, permits, payments etc. with authorities
-Taking care of any payments related to the office or housing of the expatriate staff members
-Car maintenance, when needed
-Ensure that cleaning is taken care of in line with the lease contract
-Any other tasks as requested by the Representative

Qualifications
-Minimum three years of relevant work experience in logistics
-Minimum two years of experience in relevant expertise with INGOs
-Good Skills Microsoft Use
Related university degree (finance, economics, business administration)
-Fluency in written and spoken English
