- Plan field visits and monitoring, planning and implementation.
- Carry out field visits.
- Reporting

General job description:

Elaborate and submit monthly monitoring plan to follow-up with the project activities
-Coordinate with technical team and rest of monitoring team to plan technical studies according to projects plan.
-Participate actively in the monitoring process together with implementing partner monitoring team.
-Share technical knowledge and practices with implementing partners.
-Provide reports on observations from field visits with recommendations and suggestions for improvement of activities
-Monthly plan
-Weekly and monthly report
-Report possible problem or conflict during the activities

Qualifications
University degree (BA in Social Fields or any related field).
-1 years of professional work experience in similar position
-Knowledge in any of the following field: Food Security and Livelihoods, WASH.
-Strong communication skills to interact with both vulnerable population and key stakeholders.
-Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Ability to work effectively in a team, very strong and daily collaboration with Technical / program team will be necessary
-Previous field experience in monitoring activities , and report writing.
-Stress resistance, ability to work in high pressure environment and complex context

Salary and Benefits
ontract period: 6 months contracts, renewable based on Action Against Hunger fund and performance.

Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.

Duty station: Hassakeh
