Primary Duties:
• Verify shipment details and verify compliance with customs and any relevant regulations.
• Manage documentation flow. This includes bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin and licenses.
• Coordinate the collection/delivery process and manage this until the final destination.
• Enter Data on ERP & CRM Systems
• Extract data from ERP and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Review sales and operations schedules and task statuses.
• Review shipment and order details to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Follow-up with sales and operations team to update data, ensure task completion, and resolve problems.
• Prepare daily task-list for sales & operations teams.
• Coordinate between sales and operations teams.
• Prepare and follow-up on quotations, maintenance requests as received.
• Coordinate with operations team.
• Respond to client and internal communications and requests and escalate accordingly when needed.
• Perform post-service follow-up with clients and record feedback.
Other Tasks:
• Maintaining sales & operations data, documents, and reports.
• Develop and prepare complex reports and analyses are requested.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or other related major.
Experience:
1-2 years of work experience as an in a supply chain or logistics operation (preferably shipping companies).

• Ability to identify problems and procedural bottlenecks and take related actions.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
• Familiarity with ERP Systems (preferably SAP).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (Writing and Speaking).
• Experience with Supply Chain and Logistics processes and procedures.
