Responsibilities
- Communicate and develop trust relationships with clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Proposal writing, review, and research.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of accounts to the direct manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably at an advertising agency, experience within a relative or a similar field is a plus.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of public relations.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English.
