Responsibilities
Reconcile with management team and follow up business plan and object implementation.
Schedule executive meetings and travel plans are one of the important duties that an executive assistant need to perform.
Assisting executives in all possible works likes in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
Maintain GM calendar plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences and travel.
Improved office efficiency by implementing color-coded filing system and introducing additional time-saving measures.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshop; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network; participating in professional societies.
Updating executive about appoints with various clients.
Insure that all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters.
Identifies sources of conflict and seeks advice from appropriate person.
Performing assigned duties in absence of the GM is also one of the main duties of an executive assistant.
Assist on assigned projects as needed.


Qualifications
-Degree in Business Administration or similar specialties.
-At least 5 years experience as executive assistant.
Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook).
-Fluency in English, both written and verbal
-Excellent Knowledge of commercial correspondence.
