Responsibilities
- Participates in the Field- Based Panel that revises and approve the CLI applications.

- Heads the Field Based Panel meetings and keeps record of decisions.

- Provides regular reports on the implementation of CLIs under her/his responsibility, including supporting documents (photos, reports…etc) of the initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the CLI process and implementation supported by Out-Reach Volunteers.

- Keep a record and documentation of the implementation of the initiative.

- Assist in market assessment and the procurement of items related to the CLIs requirements.


- Monitor and report any sign of misconduct or failure in the progress of the initiative and reported them to the program manager.

- Upon accomplishment of the activity, prepares the final report of each initiative, including an analysis of the impact of the project, lessons learnt, role of Volunteers, description on activities challenges and pictures showing phases of implementation (before and after).


Qualifications
- University degree; preferably related to social work
- Excellent level in english (speaking and writing )
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in managing and reporting.
- Experience in emergency work is a plus
