Responsibilities
- responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pilot project
- Implement approved project plans and pro-actively advise the project board of any deviations from the plans.
- Ensure partner program is implemented to fidelity in respect to the setting, delivery, and instructional standards necessary to achieve required program outcomes.
- Develop procurement plans ensuring goods are in line with quality standards and delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage budget cashflow and obligations to ensure that deliverables are met and payment to contractors and personnel are received on time.
- Manage main Human Resources requirement needs to support the project deliverables (hiring, motivating, training, evaluation, objective settings, etc)
-Manage reporting cycle and communications to ensure project board is aware of project activities, progress and any issues that might jeopardize the attainment of project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, projects management or education fields
-Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in implementing and managing projects in children’s or young people’s education in Syria.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team building and capacity building skills.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong professional and social networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision.
