Responsibilities
- Communicate and develop trust relationships with clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Marketing Research, marketing planning and coordinator with marketing director.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of accounts to the direct manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or any relevant field.
- At least three years of relevant experience, preferably at an advertising agency. Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong skills in problem-solving and negotiation.
Project management skills.
- Proper understanding of public relations.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
