Responsibilities
• Support MEAL Manager in the design of specific methodologies and tools for planning and monitoring.
• Support MEAL Manager in creating a framework for the monitoring and evaluation process of project activities throughout the duration of the project.
• Provide accurate qualitative and quantitative data collected in the field according to external and internal deadlines.
• Support the MEAL unit to achieve its goals through the occasional undertaking of additional activities that contribute to the overall ability of the organization to achieve its stated outputs.
• Undertake visits to the field throughout the areas of intervention under the program’s projects as needed to support and/or supervise data collection or verify data quality.
• Participate and coordinate with field workers to ensure the timely collection and analysis of all program performance data.
• Support data analysis, together with the project team and HOM, and share them in the required format;
• Collate, consolidate and prepare program data reports, and conduct basic data analysis and interpretation, as required for reporting.
• Develop systems to manage information generated by MEAL activities, such as complaints databases; developing and managing complaint and feedback mechanism for the project;
• Lead field testing and small-scale sampling in the field.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate data collection
• Analyze and discuss findings based on regular monitoring data
• Suggest ways to facilitate data collection and the flow of data among the Project team
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and propose solutions along with the team; Ensure that the data queries and requests are addressed accurately and timely.
• Assist the project team and partners in documenting lessons learned and reports
• Conduct reviews, learning events at project locations
• Delivering any other responsibility assigned by MEAL Manager

Qualifications
• Educational Background: BA degree in Business and Management, Social Sciences, Economics, or any similar field.
• Experience: At least 2 years experience in the same or similar position,
At least one year of experience with a humanitarian NGO preferably
• Languages: Very good in Arabic and English.
• Personal qualities & soft skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the MS office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Capacity to produce high-quality briefs and reports in English
- Data collection and management
• Experience: At least 2 years experience in the same or similar position,
