Responsibilities
• Assisting and supporting the Product Development department.
• Designing and controlling the project schedule.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or dispute.
• Review records or reports pertaining to activities monitor work activities, or evaluate performance.
• Continuous following up with all teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Providing administrative support.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.


Qualifications
• BCs / institute in Business Administration or a related field.
• Effective following up skills both oral and written.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• Very good command in English.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• The ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
• The ability to pay major attention on specific details.
• The ability of linking all the company’s divisions effectively.
• Good knowledge in administration principles.
