Responsibilities
1. Conduct research and develop state of the art of Artificial Intelligence solutions.
2. Conduct regular research related to ICT (Information Communications Technology ) domain and stay abreast with latest related technology, techniques and methods.
3. Develop the model (product or service) resulted from Research function of R&D process.
4. Develop a broad spectrum of applications of new technologies standards relevant to ICT.
5. Enhance the model (product or service) resulted from R&D process as per request.
6. Use network data to propose optimal Data Science solutions.
7. Develop data analytics enterprise solutions for Syriatel using Artificial Intelligence relevant tools.
8. Seek new Machine Learning algorithms for human-aware AI.
9. Participate in enhancing the perceptual capabilities of AI R&D systems.
10. Support the evaluation of new ICT technologies through standards and benchmarks aligned with Syriatel corporate objectives.
11. Contribute in advancing data-focused methodologies for knowledge discovery.
12. Develop open-source software libraries and toolkits.
13. Understanding theoretical capabilities and limitations of AI and new technologies.
14. Pursue research on general-purpose ICT, AI and data science.
15. Collaborate and contribute to maintain Syriatel enterprise pool of ideas.
16. Explore and examine the collected data and exclude irrelevant information.
17. Check Section Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in IT engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
2. Experience:
a. 3 years of Machine Learning / Data Science or any relevant experience are required.
b. 1-year AI application experience is a plus.
c. 1-year of telecommunication experience is a plus.
