Responsibilities
- Assist to maintain the good perform of HR practices and policies that are aligned to the organization’s strategy.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned with regard to HR best practices.
- Ensuring compliance to regulations including personnel policies and records in accordance to Syrian Labor Law and IMC Hand Book.
- Assist programs to ensure staff adhesion to IMC policies and procedures.
- Support all external and internal HR related inquiries and requests.
- Facilitates recruitment, interviews and contracts signatory of staff.
- Keep accurate records of the staff leaves, and submit monthly report to other departments when needed; and tracking employees leaves.
- Check time sheets for staff according to daily attendance sheet and fingerprint records.
- Maintaining personnel files; ensuring completeness as per IMC filing procedures.
- Prepare and file all human recourses documents such as but not limited to (job descriptions, evaluation forms) and other related human resources paperwork assigned by Head of HR department.
- Scanning of monthly documents plus HR files as required.
- Any other related HR assignments as required from the direct supervisor.



Qualifications
- University degree preferably in business administration, Law, Humane Resources, management or any other related field.
- Academic Knowledge in HR is preferable.
- One to two-year of professional experience in HR field.
- Good command of using MS. Office (specially Excel and Word).
- Good command of English language (Speaking, Writing).

- Familiar with the Syrian labor law and knowledge in HR is a plus.
