Responsibilities
1-Working on marketing the products and the activities such as launching products and planning.
2-Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
3-Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
4-Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
5-Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
6-Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
7-Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
8-Participate in the development of new project proposals.
9-Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
10-Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
11-Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
12-Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
13-Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
14-Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
15-Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
16-Monitor and guide his business performance to ensure effective and efficient management of the sales resources.
17-Lead the deployment of area, sales strategies and enabling tactics, driving both acquisition and retention of revenue throughout the Direct Sales, Regular and National Customer revenue channels.
18-Follow-up Sales Process, Sales Stimulation Initiatives, Sales Stimulation and Sales Training and Development.
19-Coordinate with other department for any project requirements when needed.
20-Maintenance of process and Follow up the project to ensure the quality of process are applied as per agreement.
21-Visiting VIP customer in solving critical issues.
22-Coordinate with other for new project.
23-Adapt reporting to KPI requirements of each functional area.
24-Monitor standards and timely production of reports generated by team.
25-Administering appropriate actions for non-compliance.
26-Maintain the company image of the sales
27-Build sustainable and trusting relationships through a well harmonized.
28-Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
29-Develop and maintain the excellent sales strategy based upon the company conditions.
30-Improve systems and processes to maximize business intelligence.
31-Relations, advertising, external communications as well as market and customer research.
32-Ensure quality and productivity of employee by coaching and development when necessary and/or required.
33-Development review recommendations for improving Sales policies and recommend / make necessary.
34-Ensure the staff at highest level of quality and productivity and exhibit high levels of integrity and ethical behavior.
35-Ensure that policies and procedures are followed.
36-Performs other assignment as required.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
Preferred Qualification: Master of Business Administration.
Overall experience: 10 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Retails.
Relevant 5 year experience in Sales, Marketing or Retails.
