Responsibilities
- Align and manage the overall company support Services including (Logistics and Shipping, Design, Human Resources, Compliance, IT and Web Platforms, projects).
-Design and supervise the overall company business processes and workflows in a way that ensure having efficient and effective output.
- Create the required reporting schema, system and templates for all business processes, and communicate with the respective team and management accordingly.
- Working closely with company managers to optimize the human and financial resources.
- Initiate and design the required processes SOPs, Workflows in alignment with the company objectives and towards applying the best practices in each domain.
- Full responsibility of managing the company offices, facilities, maintenance, and assets.
- oversee transparent, accurate, timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods in coordination with the commercial manager.
-Ensure supplier database is created and maintained reflecting supplier status.
-Identify skill gaps, and implement job and site-specific trainings to ensure that all personnel members across all functions possess the knowledge and skills commensurate with their responsibilities and implementation of their related activities are in compliance with all requirements.
- Working Closely with marketing and social media teams to ensure having sufficient outputs according to the pre-defined plan.
- Setup the key performance indicators and the employee evaluation criteria for all company staff in coordination with the depts managers.
- Conduct and facilitate the HR interviews with the required documentations.
- Working to enhance and raise the Employees Morale, Motivation and Office business Environment.
- Making sure the company online systems, archiving is consistent, operated in the optimal way.

Qualifications
- 12 Years of Professional experience, including minimum 4 Years at managerial level.
- Bachelor degree, Master Degree is desired, professional international certificates is a plus.
- Full knowledge in the Supply chain cycle, processes.
- Process oriented, with good experience in business processes engineering.
- Fluency in English.
- High communication and negotiation skills.
- Management and leadership skills with proven track of record.
