Responsibilities
1- Providing technical support for the education program.
2- Preparing bills of quantities and time plans of work.
3- Conducting updated market studies for the building materials cost.
4- Preparing reports for the education program manager.
5- Supervising and guiding field engineers.
6- Preparing project implementation documents.
7- Conducting a permanent follow-up to budgets.
8- Preparing proactive contingency plans
9- Submit progress and challenges reports to the Education Program manager.
10- Participation in sectoral meetings and education directorates.
11- Participation in the general needs assessment.

Qualifications
1- A university degree in civil/structural engineering or architecture.
2- Four years of experience working with nongovernmental or international organizations/associations in an administrative position.
3- Experience in the use of computers and Microsoft programs (Word - Excel)
4- excellent in English.
5- Experience working with AutoCAD.
