Responsibilities
1. Conduct the technical assessment to determine the current situation and the needed maintenance in each targeted location.
2. Develop the technical and financial documents of the planned activities and ensure the complying to achieve the designated objectives.
3. Prepare the bidding and tendering documents and provide the needed support for the logistic department.
1. Facilitate the coordination with the local communities, key stakeholders, and related governmental entities in each target location stakeholders to smooth the preparation and implementation of the planned activities.
4. Supervise and follow up on the implementation of the maintenance and operation works administratively, financially, technically in addition to supporting the M&E processes.
5. Conduct regular site visits to inspect the technical works, assess needs and solve the related problems in close cooperation with the project staff and the local communities.
6. Provide regular updates to the Engineering Technical Officer and for any requested reports (progress reports, donors reports,).
7. Establish and maintain a database for the financial expenditures and completion works.
8. Establish and maintain a database on the prices of the supplies and services provided under this project in order to observe the changes and inform the needed modification/revision in the work plan.
9. Ensure timely completion of project activities according to the weekly and monthly plans.
10. Provide the needed support for the communication team in the field.
11. Report any incidences related to the protection or security in the field to the Engineering Technical Officer.
12. Any other tasks request by the Technical Engineering Officer or the Project Manager.


Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil, Water resources, Environmental engineering, or any other related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven related experience with social working background preferably
