Responsibilities
1. Implementation of executive plans and programs for human resources.
2. Amending all appointment, dismissal, resignation and leave decisions.
3. Ensure that procedural and legal rules are applied to work and employees.
4. Helping and participating in job advertisements and receiving applicants.
5. Participate in the maintenance, renewal and amendment of job description cards.
6. Archiving and preserving employee files and documents.
7. Preparing and processing insurance files for all employees of the institution.
8. Dealing with social insurance and dealing with the Health Insurance Authority.
9. Complete all necessary documents for employees.
10. Carry out all the tasks required by the Human Resources manager.
11. Submit a weekly report to the Human Resources Manager to clarify what has been achieved and what has been postponed.

Qualifications
-Education: University degree in a relevant subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration or in a relevant subject.
-Experience: 2 years of experience in HR function.
