Responsibilities
Ensure timely and effective tendering, evaluation and procurement of all the necessary goods and services to support Cham Holding developments.
Ensure that procurement and coordination of supplies are in accordance with to design and project requirements, project plan and schedule, site constraints and logistics are within project schedule and cost requirements.
Coordinate with Project Managers to carry out all steps of procurement process for just in time management of resources.
Coordinate with Contracts Director to manage exceptions in procurement process.
Coordinate for procurement audit on projects.
Prepare pre-evaluations, tender documents and bids evaluation reports.
Prepare templates for technical evaluations.
Maintain list of consultants and contractors for contracts administration.
Prepare consultants / contractors work report for client as required.
Develop and administer claims administration strategies for the project in consultation with Contracts Director.
Facilitate contracts finalization with consultants / contractors.
Updaes list of pre-qualified consultants and contractors for prompt identification of parties in the future.
Coordinate for procurement performance review on projects.
Ensure appropriate usage and application of ERP with respect to entry and analysis of work related data for day to day functioning to facilitate seamless communication of all relevant (technical/non-technical) information.
Interface with technical teams, project managers and supervising consultant son tendering and contracting aspects and create procurement plans and schedules.
Participate in meetings with project teams or supervising consultant to report for all aspects related to procurement and advise on procurement decisions.
Assist client in consultant and contractor evaluation, negotiation & selection.
Obtain feedback on procurement function and incorporate the same for improvements
Resolve or timely escalate all procurement related issues.
Manage and control processes to ensure timely and effective procurement and contracting aligned with project plan.
Reviews all commercial terms and conditions and any procurement
Analyses cash outflows for procurement and ensures good financial returns and profitability.
Effectively communicates project information to superiors
Coordinates and Communicates for gathering information, requirement specifications, policies and procurement related decisions to development teams.
Ensures effective implementation of all applicable organizational policies & procedures in department
Mitigates conflicts and motivate the team to work in the most efficient manner


Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience is a must.
- Must be organised and detail oriented.
- Must have good English skills.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office
- High communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Stress resistance, ability to work in high pressure environment
