1.Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to internal and regulatory/legal requirements.
2.Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality.
3.Regularly analyze quality data and suggest actions based on collected data.
4.Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation.
5.Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
6.Ensure quality and sustainability of all processes.
7.Investigate customers' needs and want and develop a strategy for meeting their needs.
8.Reporting discovered defects to all relevant departments for correction.
9.Report to top management on the performance of the QMS(e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions),including the need for improvement.
