Responsibilities
-Build Strong & Trustful relationship with new and old customers.
-Answer Customers queries professionally and provide the needed support until closing the deal and signing the contract with customer.
-Hold regular meetings and video calls with our potential customers through Zoom, Skype, Google meet..etc.
-Promote our services to all customers.
-Researching required information using available resources.
-Achieve the agreed target, and perform cross& up selling rate on quarterly basis.
-Report alarming cases and complaints instantly to supervisor.
-Update Customers Records on CRM and put detailed&suitable feedback based on continuous follow up with our customers.
-Provide Daily & Weekly report to the direct supervisor regarding potential Customers.

-University Degree/ Intermediate Institute.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in this field.
-Able to work with or within a virtual team.
-Experience in dealing with the public.
-Excellent communication &negotiation skills.
-Good knowledge of English language.
