Responsibilities
•Support in the coordination of qualitative and quantitative data collection processes such as survey, focus group discussions (FGD), interviews, and similar activities
•For assigned projects, support the MEAL Team Leader and MEAL officer to define M&E plans for each project, log frames, and targets, implement the donor’s requirements.
•Conduct data entry and cleaning of data and basic analysis in programme databases
•Support in preparation and implementing of trainings to project staff on monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning
•Support the MEAL Team Leader in development and implementation of M&E tools according to project log frame
•Provide regular reports and data to the MEAL Team Leader as well as programme teams to help in activity delivery.
•Organize, collect, compile, and document all program and MEAL-related data and files, ensuring that all records are properly organized and stored
•Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications
•Experience working with excel, preferably advanced skills in excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, kobo toolbox, ODK and report writing.
•Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques including skillful use of SPSS,EXCEL software’s
•Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools, data quality assurance, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and M&E report writing.
•Knowledge of the humanitarian system.
•Fluent In Both English and Arabic.
•A minimum Bachelor/ diploma level in Social Science related – Statistics, social work, sociology or equivalent field experience
•At least 1 and ½ years working with M&E for non-government organizations in Syria
•Knowledge and experience in qualitative and quantitative data management techniques including skillful use of SPSS,EXCEL software’s
