Responsibilities
-Enters all field data to the ERP system (OPERATIONS + ACCOUNTING).
-Prepares invoices summaries and submit to accounting.
-Accounts receivables (Aging + follow up payment from customers).
-Accounts payables (prepare due payments to suppliers and reconcile their accounts).
-Procurement functions and enter purchase invoices and call reports to operating system.
-Bank reconciliation.
-Filing & document control.

Qualifications
-University degree in finance and/or accounting.
-very good writing and reading skills in English.
-excellent communication skills and capacity to talk to customers.
-Computer skills: word, excel, emails.
