Core Purpose of The Job:
Provide the more complex day-to-day operational support to corporate Local, Metropolitan, Wide Area Networks (LAN/MAN/WAN), PABX systems, and internal voice communication network.

Instability and equipment/system failure. Provide information/data support's management decisions making.
High-speed rhythm and pop-up immediate problem solving.

Task Complexity:
Manage, maintain and support the corporate (MAN/WAN).
Configure and manage network routers, switches, and other network equipments.
Set, manage, and subnet the corporate IP address schemes.
Setup and maintain WAN security.
Monitor security and performance logs (routers, firewalls, IPS, etc.)
Provide diagnostic, problem solving and referral services for the data network environment.
Prepare progress reporting and other statistical reports.
Support, maintain, and administrate the corporate PABX systems and their functions.
Administrate the calls’ routing of the Contact Centre.
Perform technical support needed to the IVR voice ports and Call Flow.
Report any alarm function and take action to fix it.
Maintain existent connection related to the PABX between locations.
Generate billing reports throughout the system.
Generate PABX traffic and utilization reports.
Troubleshoot phones and extensions problems.
Provide the corporate Contact Centre with technical support regarding the Call flow.
Do necessary cooperation with other departments in order to troubleshoot problems or accomplish projects related to the voice telecommunication infrastructure.
Install and configure PABX systems.
Setup and maintain voice network security.
Identify and specify hardware requirements for PABX systems.
Provide diagnostic, problem solving and referral services for the PABX environment.
Monitor fraud calls and performance logs.
Document procedures.
Set and meet different WAN KPIs.
Identify and specify hardware requirements for the data network.
Implement new system upgrades and patches to existing network equipments.
Maintain and update the data network hardware inventory.
Initiate and escalate needed job procedures.
Analyse recurring problems and make recommendations for improvements to operational procedures.
Generate link utilization and capacity planning reports and recommend link upgrades.
