Responsibilities
1. Administrate, maintain and support ERP systems and ensure the availability and stability and continuously enhance and enrich to meet customer’s needs.
2. Log, categorize, initially diagnose, resolve or reassign and follow up incidents reported by users.
3. Identify, Analyze, troubleshoot and solve system bugs and alerts by using internal reference, vendor support, or internet or recommend appropriate resolution.
4. Perform upgrades, updates and cloning of ERP systems and Implement (new modules /features) and customize modules and build reports as per end user's requirements.
5. Contribute efficiently in building a robust knowledge base as per diagnosis and resolution of incidents and known errors related to the ERP systems.
6. Design, build and customize ERP Systems such as reports, forms, Workflows, custom packages, Alerts, web pages and integrations, to meet customer requirements and provide relevant technical documentation.
7. Conduct and follow up all types of testing such as unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) in coordination with MIS-Quality Assurance and Testing Unit for the customizations and upgrades implemented on systems and applications.
8. Conduct secure deployment of changes on production system.
9. Coordinate with the direct line of authority and the concerned Project Manager with regards to the assigned tasks that are parts of projects and deliver tasks as per the agreed schedule.
10. Prepare and update technical documentations for all activities and assigned tasks related to the section.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ IS is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years ERP Experience is a plus, Preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: OCP-DEV,OCA-DBA,MCAD are plus
