1. Work to ensure that a brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers.
2. Execute promotional activities and marketing tactics to promote the public perception of brands.
3. Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
4. Supervise the execution of all activations in on-trade and off-trade across print, online platforms to ensure that products meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
5. Make sure graphic designers, agencies, suppliers, advertising and product design are sticking to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in branding.
6. Meet with Horeca customers on daily basis and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
7. Manage team of merchandisers and make sure planogram is applied correctly and advertisements (posters and danglers) are put in strategic locations.
8. Organize events such as product launches and exhibitions.
9. Advertising and promotional items stock inventory and logistics.
10. Social media Facebook and Instagram communication
11. Competitors reports (prices, activities, on-pack promotion and trade deal).
12. Prepare promotional contracts, ensure execution, and Follow up discounts are done on time.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business or accounting and have 2 plus years' demonstrable marketing experience in a similar environment.
