Main duties: Taking care of new and existing clients
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To keep direct contact with company's clients by phone ,e-mails or any other communication medium
2. Providing clients with information about the company's services
3. Assuring Clients satisfaction from the provided services
4. Providing best explanation about services and advice about the most convenient for client needs
5. Providing Clients with offers according to their needs.
6. Receiving complaints if any, forwarding them to person in charge, keep client updated and informed when problem is solved
7. Providing management with feedback and reports and statistical tables
8. Obtaining needed documents from client
9. Registering and documenting communication with clients
10. Making and executing plans in customer care filed
11. Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of the data

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, sales or any other related filed
Good in English, Reading, Speaking and writing
Previous Experience or Good knowledge in HR is a plus
