Responsibilities
1. Prepare quarterly visit plan based on VIP customer classification, conduct visit accordingly, issue daily visit information report to Head of Section and register data on the related System.
2. Follow up all requests and inquiries related to VIP customers and ensure proper handling and timely response in coordination with Service Desk Unit.
3. Communicate with VIP customers in a courteous manner and respond to their complaints promptly.
4. Register VIP customer’s complaints on the related system with all details and information to be solved by the concerned unit.
5. Follow up all unpaid invoices reported from the concerned entity related to VIP customers to ensure proper closing and solving according to related procedure.
6. Promote and sale Syriatel products & services to VIP customers.
7. Generate reports according to MR & SL-list of reports, and maintain high level of accuracy within the preset frequency and dead line.
8. Search for new VIP customers to achieve preset target of opening new VIP accounts and review them with VIP Sales Head of Section.
9. Monitor, collect, and escalate any new information regarding market situation and competitors’ offers to Head of Section.
10. Support in the implementation of market surveys conducted by Marketing & Sales Department.
11. Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill customer's needs.
12. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
