Responsibilities
Support and facilitate coordination between programs and support departments for grant management related tasks, ensuring oversight and compliance with IMC and donors’ standards, regulations and procedures

1) Follow-up on programs implementation:
- Coordinate the preparation and updating of Project Monitoring Tools, Procurement Plans and Pipelines on a monthly basis or as requested; compile and submit to relevant departments within the given deadlines. Ensure consistency among information provided by relevant departments across different documents.
- Review ongoing procurement plans, advise relevant departments on procurement initiation, enquire on potential cause of delays and action plans.
- Coordinate and support financial processes including but not limited to accruals of expenses, HR work effort matrices, allocation of expenses at pipelines stage.
- Provide support on retrieving and archiving evidences of implementation.
- Identify and proactively inform of any significant deviation in target achievements and budget utilization.

2) Provide support in proposals, reports, project modifications and other grant management tasks
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and combining inputs from various departments for proposals, reports and project amendments, including but not limited to procurement plans, BoQs, budgets and estimations, targets, work plans. Proof reading and checking consistency.
- Draft donor or other external grant-related communications.

3) Keep up to date with donors and IMC guidelines, procedures and processes, proactively share information and advise relevant departments:
- Attend internal and external trainings as required.
- Consult available resources and advise relevant departments, including guidelines, calls for proposals, technical and MEAL requirements, other general requirements.
- Prepare internal guidance and Q&A documents as needed, to streamline processes and information among program and support departments.
- Proactively identify and suggest any areas for improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications
- University degree in related field including international relations, development studies, business and administration, or at least 2 years of similar experience in lieu of the degree in related field
- At least 1 year of experience in similar position is a mandatory requirement
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Advanced English skills, written and verbal

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Knowledge of humanitarian programming, including main donor regulations.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organized and able to manage simultaneous requests and prioritize accordingly.
- problem-solving and flexible attitude

Salary and Benefits
As Per IMC Salary Scale.
