1. Check the received platforms in warehouse, perform installation, commissioning, integration, configuration and upgrading for new IN platform.
2. Coordinate internally or externally with suppliers for support intervention or patch installation related to IN problem or new service.
3. Perform IN system acceptance tests (on 3 levels: from supplier then the IN team for the configurations then the coordinates with MIS Testing).
4. Maintain software and apply any new configurations/features on IN system.
5. Create, cancel or modify short code configurations.
6. Check IN system platform performance, prepare and modify regular statistics.
7. Execute preventive & corrective actions on IN platform due to recommendations & enhancement, bugs or complaints.
8. Perform daily check for IN system status & functionality and prepare activity reports to direct line of authority.
9. Participate in solving IN platform problems and follow up their progress.
10. Perform the required changes for IN tariff plans.
11. Define offers and services on IN platform.
12. Develop and maintain needed tools to monitor IN system in order to enhance proactivity & preventive actions.
13. Analyze CDR “Call Data Record” files and dumps generated from IN system and prepare both loading and business rules.
14. Solve customers' complaints that are received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per related policies and procedures.
15. Provide Customer Service with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
16. Analyze and implement required developments and updates that imposed by new services, prices and offers and ensure reports and data consistency and integrity.
17. Analyze reports sent by Revenue Assurance, and verify the validity of the fraud cases and take actions when needed.
18. Provide FN dept. and other MIS parties with reports as per requested criteria.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of IN experience in Telecom is a plus.
