Position Duties Per Job
1. Design, build and maintain network entities modules and database in coordination with concerned parties based on corporate strategy.
2. Build and maintain the mapping between OSS systems and Syriatel systems against any changes on OSS “Operation Support Systems” or NE “Network Elements” sides.
3. Build, prepare and maintain the abstraction/ blueprint of performance system for service based performance.
4. Design, build and maintain workflow algorithms service creation and validate it through all Syriatel network.
5. Apply consistent check for all TC systems and planning tools Databases and report back finding to take the proper action.
6. Apply service traceability across network elements up to Business layer.
7. Ensure compatibility on the interfaces between networks related DB/systems and Syriatel business systems.
8. Promote AAS “As a service” concept and mechanisms of all internal and external operations/services by providing technical support.
9. Conduct regular researches to be aware with international trends and standards
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecom / Computer / IT / Electronic Engineering.
2. Experience: 1 Year of Technical Experience preferably in Telecom is a plus.
