Responsibilities
1. Plan and design IP (Internet Protocol) networks and expansion based on annual requirements and corporate strategy.
2. Work in coordination with suppliers on preparing low level design and check the relevant bill of materials.
3. Provide integration plan for new node / service over IP networks.
4. Update IP networks documentation upon network change.
5. Monitor daily measurements and KPIs of IP networks performance.
6. Provide the required network optimization in terms of capacity and performance regularly.
7. Analyze network underperformance and issue the corrective action plans.
8. Prepare work orders related to transport network and submit them to Transport Planning Core HOS for review.
9. Build new reports relevant to network elements and services KPIs.
10. Collect and analyze network performance data on a regular basis to provide the related performance reports.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Telecom Engineering/Computer/IT/Electronic Engineering.
2. Experience: 1 Year of Relevant Experience Preferably in Telecom is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: CCNP/CCNA is a plus.
