Look for ways to strengthen people's skills: Identifies skill development opportunities such as training modules or on-the-job experiences for self, colleagues and direct reports. • Recruit, hires, train and oversee a team of automotive sales and marketing people. • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meeting.
Performance:
Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services.
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor
products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website
content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal
presentations to bring to senior executives.
Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for
each product or service.
Partnership:
Communicate with agents to follow up the debt’s issues.
Review and follow up on debt collection reports.
Build strong partnership and contracts with new agents.
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
Compile regular reports for dealership management to review.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or any related field.
Experience:
o Six or more years of work experience in the relative business stream.
o Experience in planning, mentoring, and processing administrative actions.
o Experience within automotive sales and marketing will be an added
advantage.
Knowledge and skills:
o Ability to use computers, including correspondences by emails.
o Good communication skills in order to deal with a team.
o Ability to build a strong relationship with variety agents.
o Experience in coordinating the work of others and supporting them.
Experience:
