Responsibilities
 Understand and communicate the strategic objectives: Coaches the sales team in the most effective ways to communicate Trusty car’s strategic objectives and lead them to achieve theme.
 Be a force for positive change: Implements new methods or tools to improve team’s work processes and productivity. Map team’s activities and tasks to showcase positive impact.
 Make our mission visible in everyday actions: Explain to teammates how marketing and sales activities contribute to the overall Trusty Car’s mission by giving advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
 Look for ways to strengthen people's skills: Identifies skill development opportunities such as training modules or on-the-job experiences for self, colleagues and direct reports. • Recruit, hires, train and oversee a team of automotive sales and marketing people. • Coordinate and lead all regular sales meeting.
Performance:
 Oversee current offerings and come up with initiatives for new products or services.
 Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor
products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
 Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website
content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
 Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal
presentations to bring to senior executives.
 Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for
each product or service.
Partnership:
 Communicate with agents to follow up the debt’s issues.
 Review and follow up on debt collection reports.
 Build strong partnership and contracts with new agents.
 Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
 Compile regular reports for dealership management to review.


Qualifications
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or any related field.
 Experience:
o Six or more years of work experience in the relative business stream.
o Experience in planning, mentoring, and processing administrative actions.
o Experience within automotive sales and marketing will be an added
advantage.
 Knowledge and skills:
o Ability to use computers, including correspondences by emails.
o Good communication skills in order to deal with a team.
o Ability to build a strong relationship with variety agents.
o Experience in coordinating the work of others and supporting them.
