Responsibilities
- Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
- Greet persons entering organization, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Management and placement of international calls and schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
- Maintains attendance sheet records, Photocopying, and binding when needed
- Operates standard office equipment and control and manage of stationery stock with office supplies; and prepare monthly/ quarterly reports.
- Assist Admin team with translation bills/invoices for Cash advance (CA).
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Receive and dispatch mail to respective recipients.
- Monitor staff attendance on attendance sheet/finger print device and submit report to HR department and to be able to send whereabouts announcement.
- Work with admin team in maintenance of leave for cleaners at the Main Office.
- Responsible for cleaners’ daily cleaning check lists.
- Responsible for reservations and hotel booking, plus transportation and travel reservations inside and outside the country.
- Other relevant duties as assigned by direct supervisor.




Qualifications
- Academic degree preferably in business administration, humanities, general management or related field.
- One to three year professional experience in admin/ customer service.
- Fluent English (Speaking, Writing).
- Good Computer skills, specially in Excel and Word.
- Good Administrative skills.
