Responsibilities
- Test and configure vehicle tracking devices
- Arrange installation of tracking devices and their accessories for customers
- Provide training to customers on the web tracking system and the mobile app
- Follow up maintenance requests and provide technical support to customers

Qualifications
- At least certificate of intermediate institute, specializing in electronics or computer science, or equivalent
- Previous work experience in the field of technical support is preferred
- Ability to follow up tasks without constant direction
- Systematic thinking capable of detecting and repairing faults
- Well organized, have a sense of responsibility and rush to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good level of English
- Finished or exempted military service
