Responsibilities
Provides technical assistance to computer system users in head office and all branches.
Execute the scheduler it plans to outsource maintenance in IT department.
Give support for all users in head office and branches.
Archive & arrange purchase and maintenance request that related to IT department.
Troubleshooting all information technology issues, including software, hardware, and
networking.
Installs and updates desktops, laptops, peripherals, and related software's.
Monitor the timely maintenance of the IT and communication equipment.

Qualifications
University degree in Information Technology or any related study Experience in dealing with
data bases is required )SQL SERVER OR MYSQL or ORACLE or any related Data base).
At least (2) two years’ experience in IT or any relevant field.
IT security, good knowledge of networking and MIS systems, coordination skills,
communication skills, customer service, ability to identify, define and deal with IT & IS related
problems and incidents and solve them in a due manner, proficiency in spoken and written
English.
Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Ability to work in confidentiality.
Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
Must have the Syrian nationality.
