Responsibilities
1- Manage end-to-end deals operation from pipeline, due diligence, tracking deals through completion and briefing the team.
2- Act as a deal team player in the execution of deals.
3- Full involvement in all aspects of the deal process including coordinating on pitching, due diligence, and investors and startups relations .
4- Assisting with general management of day-to-day deal flow and due diligence process .
5- Play a top of funnel role in identifying solutions and new processes that we may want to bring to operations .
6- Proactively discuss deals’ status with Due diligence experts and deal managers to ensure timely operations .
7- Partner with internal cross-functional teams including due diligence experts and investors to drive forward deals.

Qualifications
1- 5+ years experience in a previous startup, accelerator, VC, or economic development organization.
2- Bachelor Degree or Higher from a reputable university preferred.
3- Excellent operation management skills and IT literacy.
4- Results driven - you create focus, consistently measure performance against goals and evaluate results.
5- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, G. Sheet/Slides.
6- Self-motivated, detailed, able to prioritize, proactive, and ambitious .
7- Have a strong sense of urgency, which translates into a high-volume result-driven output.
8- Excellent oral and written English.
9- Comfortable with working in a multicultural, remote, and fast-growing startup work environment.
