Responsibilities
1- establish relationships with new customers.
2- maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
3- strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
4- identify and respond to client needs.
5- keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in.
6- follow up on customer orders as necessary.
anticipate the needs of clients and address them 7- accordingly.
8- meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate.
