Responsibilities
•Provide accurate information and advice about (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
•Build Strong& Trustful relationship with new and old customers.
•Answer Customers queries professionally and provide the needed support until closing the deal and signing the contract with customer.
•Hold regular meetings and video calls with our potential customers through Zoom, Skype, Google meet..etc.
•Promote our services to all customers.
•Researching required information using available resources.
•Achieve the agreed target, and perform cross& up selling rate on quarterly basis.
•Report alarming cases and complaints instantly to supervisor.
•Update Customers Records on CRM and put detailed& suitable feedback based on continuous follow up with our customers.
•Provide Daily& Weekly report to the direct supervisor regarding potential Customers.

Qualifications
•University Degree.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in this field.
•Experience in dealing with the public.
•Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
•Good knowledge of English language.
