Responsibilities
1. Welcome customers, answer and solve their inquiries in a professional manner.
2. Checking and provide customer with Q tickets and directing Customer to the waiting area.
3. Promote products and value added services,
4. Informing Customers about the counter
5. Collect and check (Forms, applications …) related to Point of Service's daily operation then submit all records to concerned parties.
6. Support POS team in his daily operation work.
7. Support POS team with customer serving for some service based on business need
8. Helping customers to use the Kiosk
