Responsibilities
The main duty of the Outreach Worker will be to support the selection of project
beneficiaries through outreach activities by conducting home visits to vulnerable people
also the school visits, and identifying extremely vulnerable households as potential
beneficiaries for humanitarian assistance. To assess the vulnerability of Syrian
households by making specific recommendations on vulnerabilities that need immediate
attention, highlighting the specific needs of the potential beneficiary and preparing
explanations and justifications for inclusion or exclusion of potential beneficiaries

Qualifications
- University degree in Social work or related
- Experience working in NGO sector an asset
- Experience in conducting assessments and interviews is a strong
- Ability to communicate effectively with variety of people, and express oneself in a
clear and concise
- Excellent team working skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment and
under pressure.
