Responsibilities
- Develop the marketing strategy and high themes of marketing in order to reflect the strategic objectives of connect.
- Prepare the marketing plan in alignment with the marketing strategy and objectives
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns, company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
- Approve the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Plan for the promotional campaigns, ensure the effective implementation and measure their effectiveness.
- Manage the customer satisfaction surveys conduction and effective follow up for surveys’ results until closure.
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow and retention.
-Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Perform performance evaluation and ensure the continual follow up with Marketing team to ensure the continual improvement.
- Provide full support to Marketing team to ensure achieving Marketing objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 5 Years’ experience in Marketing domain
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Microsoft office
- Advanced communication skills
- Well-organized and detail oriented
