Responsibilities
1.Create brand plans, including developing quarterly messaging from a brand planning perspective and drive the execution of content plans across social channels.
2.Monitor, analyze and evaluate brand performance and develop campaigns to drive top of mind awareness.
3.Develop compelling communication strategies for brand lead as well as tactical promotion-based campaigns.
4.Act as a trusted brand guardian to ensure the brand is locally relevant, and equally follow the guidelines and overarching strategy provided by Other Marketing teams.
5.Project-Manage complex campaigns, end to end with strong focus on integration and impact across all media channels.
6.Deliver meaningful data and insights around our users to encourage new thinking or new behaviors that will lead to growth, innovation, profitability, and market share gains.
7.Lead and develop the growth of a high-performing brand team across social, influencer marketing, and content.
8.Work closely with the local and Cites teams on campaign messaging and creative assets.



Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in a related concentration or equivalent experience.
•3-4years of people management experience.
•Experience with Creative projects and advertising.
•Strong project management skills.
•Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
•Able to multi-task, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders and a high attention to detail.
•Experience of project management tools e.g. Asana, , Trello etc.
•Experience with digital marketing (social media in particular).
•Excellent leader, phenomenal teammate and can-do attitude.
•Excellent communication skills, collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business.
