Responsibilities
1.Own the customer lifecycle management process - by running campaigns and working with product teams on features and improvements
2.Lead digital projects in the marketing domain (Digital Channels, social media platforms, Crm) and drive content creation.
3.Advise clients on marketing effectiveness, optimization and efficiency across the campaign chain
4.Design and build multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns for activation purposes (strategy & planning)
5.Find and address issues in the marketing funnel to prevent and reduce customer churn
6.Build, own and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel
7.Work with cross functional team (Product, Brand, Sales, Service) to establish growth strategies
8.Own key metrics on the inbound pipeline from awareness to a sales opportunity.
9.Work closely with the Product team to utilize best-practices for app and web platforms to continuously enhance conversion rates across the funnel
10.Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
11.Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement.
12.Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data and provide insights on future strategies all the way up to the executive level.
13.Embark on exploratory data analysis projects to achieve better understanding of discover untapped areas of growth to scale and programmatically automate the growth process across different BeeOrder verticals
14.Find ideas to improve growth KPIs by continuously A/B testing different ideas
15.Work in cross-functional teams with product, engineering and marketing side by side to tackle growth
16.Provide guidance to the organization on targets and budgets
17.Drive user growth and monetization through product marketing and experimentation (conversion funnel optimization, incentive testing)
18.Conceptualize, direct and oversee the launch and execution of the growth initiatives across all Syrian markets, this includes referral programs, loyalty
19.maximize CLV through Retention and other growth initiatives
20.Work closely with product and local growth teams to ensure timely launch of all product innovations.


Qualifications
•+5 years’ experience in marketing, business analytics, management consulting, or a related field, experience managing Marketing projects
•Strong Analytical, conceptualization and problem-solving skills
•Working knowledge and experience writing queries using SQL.
•Effective stakeholder management & communication skills
•Verbal & written fluency in English
•A positive "can-do" attitude, with a desire to extend existing skills and be a problem solver
•A solid understanding of how Direct Response, Digital Strategy, Optimization, Sales Funnels, UX, UI, page performance, social media and digital channels can improve conversion rates
•A mind that analyses & seeks out opportunities and experiments with campaigns to continuously optimize conversions and improve the customer experience
•Experience within the food delivery apps and food/restaurants industry
