Responsibilities
1.Optimize our customer lifecycle strategy for restaurant activation, success, and retention, in coordination with Restaurant Product and Restaurant Partner Support Team
2.Work closely with Restaurant Support Operations to optimize our marketing database, track campaign success, measure engagement, and expand to new channels.
3.Develop communication plans for introducing new features and services building user guide preparations to our partners in partnership with Sales Team and Partner Support
4.Partner with Growth team on our strategy for maximizing restaurant value by defining core goals and identifying new segments and opportunities.
5.Drive restaurant retention and brand health by collaborating with PR and Brand on messaging and maintaining alignment with our Care and Partner Support Teams
6.Control the in-restaurant branding strategy, budget and distribution to improve awareness of BeeOrder inside of Partners Restaurants/Markets
7.Own critical metric reporting and performance forecasting across the؛Partners estate
8.Lead a Marketing agencies - setting goals, tracking performance and ensuring delivery of objectives
9.Develop a deep understanding of our restaurant/Store partners
10.Develop and retain a hard-working Restaurant Activation team
11.Project management of commercial and creative projects, marketing campaigns and strategic business opportunities
12.Project management across all workstreams, developing critical paths and schedules to meet timings and deliver on business objectives.
13.Working closely with wider business teams such as Sales, Finance, Growth and Tech and Commercial aspects of the business
14.Managing matrices of stakeholders at senior and peer-level - weighing up requests and prioritizing according to business value
15.Developing internal processes across functions to improve workflow and quality of output
16.Build and roll-out new products and business models to our customers.
17.Be a problem-solver, who does not hesitate to get hands-on to unblock your team and deliver quality solutions quickly.
18.Measure the success of the launched product and invest on the continuous improvement of the product.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in a related concentration or equivalent experience
•3-4years of people management experience
•Experience with sales
•Strong project management skills
•Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
•Fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
•Able to multi-task, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders and a high attention to detail
•Experience of project management tools e.g. Asana, , Trello etc.
•Experience with digital marketing (social media in particular)
•Excellent leader, phenomenal teammate and can-do attitude
•Excellent communication skills, collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
•Experience within the food delivery apps and food/restaurants industry
•3-4years of people management experience
•Experience with sales
•Strong project management skills
