1. Respond to customers’ requests in a professional manner and provide them with first level of support.
2. Record the received requests, identify and escalate each request to the concerned in coordination with IT Help Desk specialist.
3. Install and troubleshoot workstation hardware and software including computers, printers, peripherals and terminals.
4. Prepare reports related to hardware failure and maintenance.
5. Update records related to received requests and the taken actions.
6. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
7. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Diploma in Computer Science / IT Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of experience in installation and supporting OS and desktop applications and hardware is a plus.
3. Professional Certification: MCITP (Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional) / A+ / Operating Systems Professional Certificates (Windows) are a plus.
